Customer Service

I recently bought a shirt at Nordstrom, brought it home, and what do you know? Yep, damn sensor was still attached. Nothing is more annoying! I know we have all had this happen to us one time or another and you gotta just say "DAMN IDIOTS." I finally get a chance to take it back in today and as the cashier was removing the sensor she said, "i am so sorry for this, if it ever happens again...we will come out to your home and take care of it." Now that my friends...is some customer service! Makes me love my Nordys even more.
